The Department of Research and Development Sanphar represents one of the core competencies of the company structure, resulting in competitive market strategy through innovation and it is also a tool to reduce risks related to high investments required by the maintenance and registration of new products.
As in all departments, the R&D Sanphar has highly qualified specialists and experts. Through partnerships with respected laboratories and Universities and through research in the world market Sanphar is constantly in touch with new scientific knowledge of the pharmaceutical and animal nutrition areas. In order to assist the work of R&D, Sanphar has a modern Development and Quality Control Laboratory with equipment and tools that allow a complete physical-chemical analysis of active ingredients and formulations, enabling greater speed when testing products and raw materials.
Romer Labs is a research driven company. Beside our own research and development facilities in Austria, Singapore, the UK and the USA, we cooperate with many research groups worldwide.
Together with our research and development department at the Campus Tulln, we are working on the international product registration and marketing of innovative biotechnological crop protection products.
Mode of action: Microorganisms which were isolated from nature and fermented in the laboratory act as antagonists and prevent specifically the infection by pathogens (e.g. botrytis, storage diseases, fire blight).
