Eva Maria Binder appointed Director of Executive Board at ERBER AG

ERBER AG’s Executive Board, Holding Company of ERBER Group (BIOMIN and ROMER LABS), announces that Eva Maria Binder (50) has taken over her new role as a member of the Executive Board in the Lower Austrian biotechnological organization on May 1, 2019.

After completing her master’s degree in technical chemistry at the TU Wien, she obtained her PhD in biochemistry and biotechnology at the same alma mater. In 1996 she was appointed Director of Strategic Research at BIOMIN, focusing on the development of innovative feed additives and analysis of undesired contaminants in food and feed. In 2003 she was assigned the role of Chief Scientific Officer of BIOMIN and ROMER LABS and moved to Singapore for two years, where she established R&D process management tools and quality assurance measures. In 2011 she was promoted to Vice President R&D at ERBER AG. Since 2018 she has been Managing Director of ERBER Future Business (EFB), the incubator entity of ERBER Group.

Eva Maria Binder holds a master’s degree in knowledge management and currently serves as Deputy Chair of the Scientific Board of the Christian Doppler Society. She has been Head of the Scientific Committee of the World Nutrition Forum since 2008, and has published several books on animal nutrition and mycotoxin management.

In her new role, Eva Maria Binder will be responsible for R&D process management and coordination as well as innovation and intellectual property management for the entire ERBER Group worldwide.
