Our executive careers are focused on the management of business and people. They are driven by responsibility and strategic orientation. The purpose of this career path is to build up future general and process managers. Executives, in general, have more HR responsibilities.
As an expert you focus on your expertise in a certain field and on creating new knowledge. This is how new and innovative business fields can be developed. You support the management with your expertise in taking the right decisions. Experts are the key in our expert organization.
The entry career-level may vary depending on education, training and professional experience. In the course of an annual career assessment meeting you will explore your career opportunities together with your supervisor and define the necessary measures in order to be able to take the next step in your career.
ERBER Group offers training and development for its employees on all hierarchy levels: from internally organized software application trainings to external diplomas or MBA programs. In our Leadership Academy we train talents and give them the tools to perform effectively in their jobs.

“I am the Chief Research Officer of ERBER Group and since May 2019, also Director of Executive Board of the ERBER AG. How did I get there? It all started after my PhD thesis in the field of Biochemistry. At that time I worked as Scientist in the BIOMIN research department. We were a team of four postgraduates and made a great discovery that formed the base of one of the most successful products of BIOMIN. Three of us still work for ERBER Group. My career path in R&D continuously went upwards – including two gorgeous kids."
“I started my career in the BIOMIN Romania office as a Sales Assistant. Soon after finishing my studies, I was promoted to Marketing Manager in the local subsidiary. A couple of years later I moved to Austria and joined the marketing team in the headquarters. During that time the company also supported my part-time MBA studies. Now, as Division Marketing Director at ROMER LABS, I also ensure a smooth, two-way marketing knowledge transfer between the two divisions.”

“I already worked for BIOMIN as Scientist at the research campus in Tulln (Austria) during my master studies in ‘biotechnological processes’. I was always fascinated by the interrelation between science and the market. So after graduation I took the chance and internally applied for a position as Product Manager – and I got the job. Meanwhile I am Marketing Manager in the BIOMIN headquarters in Getzersdorf. Looking back, a really exciting career so far!”
"I studied law in Rio Claro and worked in the human resources department of several international companies in Brazil. In 2014, I joined SANPHAR as Senior HR Manager. A couple of years later I became HR-Business Partner for the entire SANPHAR division. I was also in charge of HR for ROMER LABS Brazil. This role and the close collaboration with the senior management of ROMER LABS in Austria allowed me deep insights into ROMER LABS business and their Brazilian market. When the position of Managing Director ROMER LABS Brazil became available, I was asked to take over this position. First I hesitated, but the encouragement of the ROMER LABS Division Head and of our HR Director as well as the strong trust I felt from their side seeped away any doubts. So far, I have not regretted the decision for a second. My superior said, that my people skills combined with my legal background are indispensable assets for the growth of ROMER LABS Brazil."
