1) Your Application

Please apply online via our recruiting platform. By doing this you support us in speeding up the recruiting process. Make sure all your records and documents are complete. Let us know about your reasons for applying in your application letter: why do you think you are the perfect match for this job? Apart from the application letter, please attach your curriculum vitae (CV) and relevant references.

2) Screening

Our Human Resources team will screen all applications and then forward them to the respective departments. The screening process may include a short telephone interview with one of our HR colleagues.

3) Interviews

Your qualification meets our needs? Great! You will be invited to the first round of interviews. This will give us both the opportunity to get to know each other. Interviews are usually conducted by the future supervisor and a representative of the HR department. Having been short-listed, you will receive an invitation to the second round of interviews. Depending on the position you have applied for this may include a ten minute presentation of your thesis or of any given topic related to the job, a case study or a trial day.

You have just finished your education and you do not have much experience with job interviews? We understand that you are nervous. Even for us it is an exciting moment to get to know a potential new colleague. Do the usual preparations upfront of the interview: try to get a good night’s sleep before the day of the appointment, be informed about our company (fields of business, markets,…) and dress professionally but comfortably. Then the only thing that remains to do is to focus on the job you have applied for.

4) Offer

  • You have successfully gone through our recruiting process?
  • You have been chosen for the position?

Congratulations! You will be informed by our HR department and receive a written offer. After having accepted this, we will provide you with your working contract and all necessary details for a successful start into your new career.
