Message from Chairman
The ERBER GROUP arose from the foundation of BIOMIN in 1983. From then on, Erich Erber started to supply premixes and feed additives to the Austrian market. Today, Erber AG is a privately held joint stock company under Austrian law. Erber AG functions as a holding company to all group companies and has no operational business of its own. The business execution is undertaken by the divisions and the strategic investment arm. Today the affiliates of the ERBER GROUP are global players and leaders in agro-biotechnology with the vision to help to "feed the world".
The success factors of the entire ERBER GROUP are based on the three principles of internationalization, innovation and integration.
1. Internationalization. The sales channels and business units of the affiliates reach to more than 100 markets in all five continents. The international presence and a strong urge to grow the brands and services resulted in sustainable growth above their industry peers for the GROUP.
2. Innovation has been the driving force from the beginning and is deeply engraved into the minds of the employees and strategies of the GROUP. The extensive in-house research and various collaborations with universities and research institutions secures that the pipeline of new products and service offerings is always full.
3. Integration among the affiliates ensures that each member of the GROUP can execute the daily business process effectively. The GROUP has a unique "one boss matrix" organization model with defined core processes. Thus it ensures that even the smallest selling business unit is "not left alone". Consequently, effective solution-oriented products and services can be delivered to any place and customer on the globe.
